WHERE: Harvest Lakes Community Centre (62 Aurora Dr Atwell, WA 6164)

WHEN: Every Saturday 11 May - 29 June inclusive

TIME: 7:45 AM - 9:00 AM

WHO: Co-facilitated by Life Coach and Yoga Teacher Heather O’Brien (Heather Kristyn Coaching and Yoga) and Fitness and Pilates Professional Kaila Duff (I am Woman Health and Fitness)

 WHAT: Each Saturday a group of up to 20 women will come together in circle where we share and connect on our self-care journeys. Women will be coached by Heather on a different self-care theme each week. You will set nourishing self-care goals and create epic changes to improve your health and well-being. Heather will coach you to breakthrough any excuses that prevent you from prioritising your self-care. Kaila will help each woman assess where they are at with their fitness and motivate them to improve strength and cardiovascular health. Each session will end with Heather leading the group through some yoga and meditation to help you find inner peace and balance, providing you with invaluable skills for your self-care.

*Note: Women who sign up for the 8 weeks will also be given a self-care workbook at first event. The workbook is specifically designed for Self-Care Saturdayer's to record their transformational self-care journey. Heather will also provide these women with online group coaching through a private Facebook group. The group will support each other to complete the Self-Care Saturdays workbook exercises in between each session and Heather will provide support and encouragement to individuals.

Throughout the 8 weeks you will:

- be inspired/coached to breakthrough through any excuses and challenges to self-care goals;

- assess/improve your fitness and strength with guidance from a personal trainer;

- track your transformational self-care journey and fitness progress in a workbook customised for Self-Care Saturday’ers*;

- connect to the stillness and peace within yourself through restorative yoga sequences and guided meditations;

- connect with a community of like-minded women who support and encourage each other; and

- participate in private Facebook Group where you will have access to your facilitators and peers in between each session for encouragement and support*.

BRING: Yoga Mat (mats are available to borrow - email heatherkristyn@gmail.com), Water Bottle, Journal and Pen

WHAT TO WEAR: Fitness gear (running shoes + something you don't mind sweating and stretching in)

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS:

Heather O’Brien is a qualified Life Coach (Beautiful You Coaching Academy) and certified Yoga Teacher (200hrTT Purna Yoga + 30hrTT Yin Yoga). Through her coaching and teachings she empowers women to be the best version of themselves and chase their dreams while maintaining balance. She helps women let go of stress and anxiety through yoga and meditation so they can step into their power with a sense of ease and grace.

Kaila is a Certified Personal Trainer (Sage Institute of Fitness) and Pilates instructor (Positive Action Pilates) who helps clients achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health & wellness. Kaila feels that her role as a Personal Trainer is to motivate, enable and make training a fun and rewarding experience.
