Explore if Life Coaching is right for you before investing in a three or six month series. You will be gifted a complimentary 30 minute session over the phone, Skype or FaceTime that will allow you to discover what you might like to achieve through coaching. 3 month coaching series

This shorter coaching series will help you create a strong foundation for change in your life: whether you have your sights set on achieving one BIG goal, or two to three smaller goals. I will be there to cheer you on and support you every step of the way. A three month coaching series includes a complimentary 30 minute initial consult, six one hour coaching sessions, unlimited email support in between coaching sessions and customised notes emailed to you following each session to help track your progress and actions. You will achieve one to three goals that are achievable within a three month timeframe.

Cost: $600 one up-front payment, or payment plans of $200 per month, or $100 per fortnight available

6 month coaching series

This longer coaching series is ideal for those wanting to transform an aspect of their life, suitable for those wanting to make big changes, or for those wanting to achieve a goal that requires more time. I will keep you motivated and on track, empowering you to make your long-term visions a reality. A six month coaching series includes a complimentary 30 minute initial consult, 12 one hour coaching sessions, unlimited email support in between sessions, and customised notes sent to you following each session to help track your progress and actions. You will achieve one to three goals that are achievable within a six month timeframe.

Cost: $1,200 one up front payment, or payment plans of $200 per month, or $100 per fortnight available 

 
 
 
 
 

GROUP Yoga and meditation

Hire me to teach yoga or meditation for your community group or your corporate wellness program. I teach from absolute beginners to intermediate level. Yoga and meditation classes can be a one off one-hour class, or a scheduled weekly one-hour class. I bring the yoga studio to you. I create a tranquil environment with music and diffused essential oils to help attendees get in the zen zone. Props (blocks & straps) are available for up to 20 students. Up to 10 yoga mats are available.

Prices for One-hour class:

Up to 20 participants (includes 10 mats & 20 blocks and straps) - $100

Each additional participant (without mat or props) - $5

I am a qualified and insured yoga instructor. I teach Purna* Yoga and Yin** Yoga. I create a sacred space to quiet the mind and be present in your body. I cleanse the energy of a space prior to holding a class, which enables me to hold a safe container for people to experience the tangible energetic benefits of yoga. The experience is enhanced by the diffusing of my customised blends of therapeutic grade essential oils and the incorporation of meditation practices such as Yoga Nidra for a complete sensory experience. My students walk away feeling relaxed, calm and uplifted.

My meditations are based on simple yet powerful techniques from my yoga training and meditation courses I have taken, such as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I teach you how to activate your parasympathetic nervous system (having a calming effect on the mind and body) through practices such as breath control, mindfulness and visualisation. I teach you how to become a witness to your thoughts, rather than feel controlled by them. I empower you to transcend your ego / 'monkey mind' to find inner stillness and peace.

I use therapeutic grade doTERRA Essential oils to enhance the emotional and spiritual benefits of yoga and meditation. Essential oils work with the oldest part of our brain, the limbic system (the part that controls our 'fight or flight' response and also controls our emotions).

*Purna in Sanskrit means 'complete' or 'integrated'. Purna yoga is based on the 8 limbs of yoga: 1)Yamas & 2)Niyamas (ethical and moral principles to have a better relationship with yourself and others), 3) Asanas (postures to discipline the mind), 4) Pranayama (Breath regulation), 5) Pratyahara (sensory withdrawal), 6) Dharana (concentration), 7) Dhyana (meditation), which ultimately lead to 8) Samadhi (feeling a state of pure consciousness / enlightenment). Purna yoga makes you feel whole by unifying the physical, mental, emotional and etheric bodies.

**Yin Yoga is based on ancient Taoism philosophy and the balancing of Yin (feminine) and Yang (masculine) energies within us. It also draws upon  principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), working with the 12 meridian lines in the body to move any stagnant Chi (life force energy). Energetic shifts are not just felt physically as a result of this practice. This powerful practice releases blocked or stagnant Chi in the physical, mental, emotional and etheric bodies for a completely transformative and balancing experience.
